Drawing from his large body of work, Tim Davis will be showcasing from two of his most peaceful, zen-inpired photographic collections. The first, entitled “Buddha Series”, will feature works from the artist’s time living in Thailand. The second, “Extra Ordinary’’ contains photos of ordinary objects, composed so that the context is no longer apparent.

This class is influenced by the teachings of Miguel Angel Vergara, a Shaman and Teacher whom I studied with in the Yucatan this summer. Featuring live music with Judy Piazza. This event kicks off our First Friday and Sound Healing Weekend with Judy Piazza, as well.

Cross Pollination at Marmalade - August 5th, 5:00p.m.
5 - 6 pm Free Bee Yoga with Kat and live music by Deuce.
6:30 - 7pm B-Movie Screening (30 min)
followed by an interactive installation inspired by a hive of honeybees. Features artists of musical, visual, and performance backgrounds working together on this project; viewers will be invited to interact with the space, creating shadow puppets and altering silhouettes. Artists within the various chambers of the hive respond and the distinction between viewing participants and active performers is blurred to form an artistic community collective. Viewers of all ages are welcome.

Turn off Colorado Avenue into the Depot Arts District, just one parking lot over from the current Smokebrush Gallery.
Remember to turn NORTH (opposite of America the Beautiful Park) on Cimino St. from Colorado Ave. down under the bridge and then drive just past the underside of the bridge.
We are in the big red brick building. Here is a photo for reference. There is lots of free parking.

Kat is offering private yoga sessions in a small studio setting. Every session will be tailored to fit each student's life experiences. These sessions encourage both physical and emotional release. Kat's approach to teaching allows each student to develop a practice that is relevant to his or her own body and Dharma. Come explore Yoga in a peaceful setting. $30/hour or 4 sessions for $100. Thai Yoga Therapy
Kat now offers Thai Yoga Therapy sometimes called "Lazy Beings Yoga". Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient form of healing that combines rhythmic massage, acupressure, ayurvedic treatment, Yogic stretching, gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. Kat has studied with Saul David Raye, a leading expert in Thai Yoga Therapy. Kat also offers custom group classes in Yoga and/or art. She also designs Yogic events and ceremonies.
